Symptoms of allergy
Body gets cold in cold weather.
Woolen clothes make rashes in skin and starts itching.
Skin Dryness.
Redness comes on face.
Running nose or blocked nose.
Trembling or Cough.
Itching on dry skin.
Measures to avoid the cold
Whenever you wear any woolen clothe then must wear some cotton or thin clothe under that. Don’t let skin to direct contact of wool.
When winter comes, apply oil or moisturizer on skin otherwise do massages of oil on whole body.
On itching or skin redness, consult your physician or use talcum powder or moisturizer instead of itching body.
If you find problems wearing woolen clothes then avoid woolen clothes more often or wear good quality’s woolen clothes only.
Other than bath, use moisturizer at bed time also.
You need to apply moisturizer after bath too. You can use soap which contains moisturizer.
Whenever you go out of house then go with covered mouth so that you could avoid allergy.
